Great product for pond irrigation! Customer service and support are above and beyond. Ordered serviceable parts recently and had a smooth easy transaction. These require maintenance and they have the knowledge and parts you need to keep these going for the long haul.

I purchased the Turbo Air II 24v DD Solar aerator last summer. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been not only with your support in working out an issue I had initially but I can’t say enough about how efficiently the system works. I was concerned about the system not operating on heavily overcast days. This system works on even the most overcast days from sunrise sundown.

We've purchased windmill and fountain pump for aeration needs as well as supplies for our 1 ac pond in central Arkansas over the recent past few years. We drove up to their facility in Springdale to pick up windmill and met staff and toured facilities. We think OWS is a class act with knowledgeable responsive management and staff with quality products and do not hesitate to call upon them for needs as they arise.

Over ten years ago, I obtained a 24' windmill aerator for my half-acre pond. The device has performed to expectations with minimal maintenance for the entire time. Due to a freak of nature on one occasion, I needed to replace three blades on the fan head. When I contacted Outdoor Water Solutions by phone, I was dealt with in a friendly, understanding, and generous manner, and was promptly sent replacement blades - plus an extra. I was truly impressed.

Outdoor Water Solutions installed one windmill and one solar powered compressor system to aerate two (2) of our ponds. Their working knowledge of what was needed proved to be excellent. Their quote seemed very fair. The most impressive part came when the people that sold the equipment actually came out with their crew and worked to complete the installation. Start to finish . . . A top notch experience. Three years later and several problems later I have to say the initial experience was the best they have. After that you are on your own. I have been using The Pond Guy online and doing the work myself. Better quality and done right.
